Postage is listed in Australian Dollars at a flat rate of $12.50 Australia wide. Shipping is not available to destinations outside Australia.

Reflect Effect has a 5 day return/refund policy. Simply return the product/s unused within 5 working days of receiving the goods and we will happily organise a refund.

Any products that you have been received damaged must be reported to withing 5 working days and returned as soon as possible for Reflect Effect to organise a new replacement.

You must provide your full name and contact phone number with the returned goods, otherwise we will be unable to process your exchange or refund.
